This was a home that we built ourselves to sell.

The site is located in a quiet rural spot overlooking a pond. It was originally built as a spec house, however we included high quality furnishings and materials that aren’t often found in a standard spec house.

From the painting to the hardware and tapware, we carefully selected our materials to ensure durability and longevity. To our knowledge, this home has been one of the highest-selling in the area through its past few owners.
