Services Provided: Renovation

We worked closely with the client, who requested an extension to their lounge room to maximise space. This included a new fire place, installing large corner counter-level bifold doors that open into the outdoor deck area.

We also renovated the deck area with an outdoor bath, shower and firepit. The outdoor bath was actually sourced from another project at Bombay Hills. The client purchased the bath and we repainted it to fit the rural setting.

The forefront of Lance’s vision was ensuring that this home looked like it has always been there, as part of the landscape. This meant special attention to the smaller details to create a ‘seamless’ look and feel.

This project also included a breezeway feature and carport extension at the front of the home.

"Having just recently completely our extensive alterations with Hutton Builders, we cannot recommend Lance, Jana and the team highly enough. Our alteration included extending our family room in which we added a large open fire place, two large bi folding cantilever doors either side with an outdoor fire pit…Outdoor entrance way including a 4 car carport and breezeway. This build far exceeded our expectations when finished. We found the build to be stress free and enjoyable, this largely was due to the foresight of Lance and his team being highly organised. Their experience and design expertise are second to none. We look forward to working with them on future projects."
